Just bought your sel drive guide on Namibia. All seems good and very well done but I have a question.
why don't you give the GPS position of the Lodges or campsite ? It would be so much easier when on the road or planning a trip on Google earth for example .

We had our first Namibian holiday beginning September. I ordered the Namibia Self-Drive Guide book a couple of months prior, and it played a major role in our planning. Well laid out, organised in the various areas of that vast country, with great detail about most towns: What is there, what isn’t, where to find it. Fuel, accommodation, shops (big or small), with pointers about the level of sophistication one can expect in each (eg big chain grocery shops or basics only, last fuel before Etosha, etc. Also a bit of history and lovely colour photos. Was a great aid for trip planning, and was a constant companion in the vehicle.

Well done on an awesome product!

This book is fantastic. From my point of view it puts Lonely Planet and Bradt guides to the bottom of the list.

Congratulations to the well composed Self-Drive-Guide of Namibia, I love it!

This book is a masterpiece! It must have been a mammoth task to produce it. Apart from Garmin, the book deserves the tagline “you’d be lost without it”.

This is a book that every self-drive traveller must have. It has loads of information and the layout is good.

How comprehensive, and what a massive effort. A pleasure to read. This indeed is an achievement which could only come into being by tapping the vast experience of a community willing to contribute. But I can hardly imagine the amount of work at the T4A offices. I like to think of myself as a relatively experienced bush basher, but still I picked up some new ideas. Goal achieved, reward will follow.

What can one say about this book other than WOW! It should be compulsory reading material for everybody who is travelling to Namibia. The content is comprehensive and the layout is excellent. This is a product that Tracks4Africa can be proud of!
